The objective of this activity is to manage and improve the installed Service Delivery Environment. This will involve the regular review of the existing environment, tasks to improve it, and any changes due to modifications in the Service Engagement.

Description

Every Service Engagement will have different requirements regarding the Service Delivery Environment that may change during its lifetime. The Service Delivery may undergo change of scope or the Service Delivery Environment Supervision Manager may work towards enhancing productivity or saving costs.

As a result, the Service Delivery Environment should be regularly reviewed in terms of the standards, with a view of revising those which are ineffective or no longer appropriate, due to the changing demands of the Service Delivery.
